I was referred to Jim for help with a traffic case, and the process could not have been smoother. He was very patient and quick with his replies to all of my questions, which I appreciated. He was also able to use his good rapport with the local court to settle any uncertainties before the hearing date, which put me at ease. He ended up sending his associate, George (who was fantastic), to actually represent me. They secured the desired outcome for me and I couldn’t be more pleased! Thanks, Jim and George!!

After working with the Arnold Law firm for 3 months, I am no closer to getting things resolved with my COA. I have requested in writing on several occasions balance sheets, income statements, accounts receivable lists and arrearage sheets, bank statements, executed contracts, including insurance information, unit owners names and addresses, board meeting minutes or special meeting minutes for the last three years. Jim did a great job handling a traffic violation for my son, who is a minor. Jim gave good advice and handled the court proceeding. He was always courteous and professional, and timely in responding to my questions.
