I just purchased a vintage Omega watch from James and the experience was a pleasure from beginning to end. James is a true gentleman who is enthusiastic about what he does and is very keen indeed for the customer to have the best possible service and experience. I'd had my dad's watch in a drawer for years before I decided to get it refurbished by James Ross Jewelers and I am beyond impressed. The watch hadn't worked for decades and now I have a beautiful timepiece with immense sentimental value that keeps absolutely perfect time. It was a complete refurbishment and was kept informed all the way along and wouldn't hesitate in using them again.
