Very good service and really good staff, they did my eyebrows really well and I am very satisfied with their service. Specially there receptionist, she is really good with me and the others staff Pooja and Navjot, they were really nice with me.
I booked an appointment for eyebrow and upper lip threading and was waiting for over an hour!!!! A woman who never even booked an appointment was placed before me!!! It is a waste of time, I was never compensated, still had to pay, and was late for things I needed to do. Hence me booking an appointment in the first place!!! Very bad timing and service here.
Don’t tell me to come at a certain time and then not take me in for my appointment. I was told to come at 6pm which I did, and was refused for my appointment, because apparently I was told to come in earlier. Not even the decency to accommodate me. Or the decency to ring me if I’m on my way. Never coming again.
