It’s a been a while since I’ve visited jai’s and I’ve usually only go there to be seen by the owner , HOWEVER, I visited today and another lady did my brows and was excellent, very quick and clean ! I have scarring on my eye which means my eyebrow grows very uneven but these girls know what they are doing …. I do not trust no one else ! Thank you

This is the best eyebrow threading In Solihull. It’s busy because the attention to detail is far better than anywhere else and aside from being warm and welcoming to anyone that walks through the door, the full team here truly take their time to ensure every customer leaves happy. I have been coming here for years because of the service here and I would recommend it to anyone in the area looking for any kind of treatment/threading

I have mixed reviews about this place. I have been going here for some time to get my eyebrows done. It's always packed and there's a long wait for threading. The price is insanely high when compared to other places, but its the closest to my apartment so I just kept to it. But it is just the main lady who actually does a good job, and that's the issue. Although the service is excellent I do feel that £18.50 for 10-15 minutes in the chair (eyebrows and upper lip) is excessive. (£100 an hour)

Expensive. I paid £18.50 just to have my eyebrows and upper lips threaded! However the service and level of professionalism was great. I have no fault or complain about the service received. Just a very pricey place.
