When I initially purchased my vehicle the service was impeccable. A few years down the road and the service has gone down tremendously! My husband recently dropped my car off to be serviced, the car was at the dealership for over 14 days and when I got my car back my windshield was cracked! Took my Land Rover for a service this morning and had the worst experience ever. Service Advisor, Kim told me that "some parts were missing" on my Land Rover and I have to authorize additional service charges in order to "fix vehicle". I started asking more questions and I quickly learned that nothing was missing, but mechanic decided to replace $360 set of bolts so my car "runs better". Poor customer service and dishonest staff.
