The service and sales team are incredibly customer focused. If I could, I would give them 6/5!! Lee was fabulous through the sale of my 2016 Q3, Persanda and Mike were outstanding in service, and parts always went out of there way make sure i had the parts for my needs. All the staff show their PASSION BEHIND THE BRAND. To me, Checkered flag Audi is the top luxury car dealership in Hampton roads. Incredibly accommodating for military and extremely respectfully.
