I'm going back quite a few years with this review – I was 23 at the time (I'm 36 now), but the experience I had at Jag Hair in Penarth has stuck with me ever since. Carol is incredibly lovely, kind, patient, and experienced. My family goes there for regular haircuts. They are true local hairdressers who know their regular customers well. I highly recommend them.

Today the salon fitted me in to have my roots done at short notice. They weren’t busy. I was charged £72. No cut, a rough dry only. The young lady who did my hair was lovely. During my last visit to the same salon I advised the stylist that an expensive straightening procedure I had had done hadn’t worked. She did not even get up from the couch she was sitting on to look at my hair…... Instead fobbing me off. I gave them one last opportunity and then was charged £72 for a simple roots by a junior stylist. No more chances.

,Love this Salon.Emily has done my highlights and cut and blow dry for some time now.Always does a fab cut etc.
