They didn’t have the right wig color in stock so they sent whatever they wanted that was the same style. The color was NOT what I ordered. After back & forth for weeks they finally had it picked up. At first they told ME to send it back and pay for the shipping. Finally they paid for it after arguing with them that they sent THE WRONG ITEM. They sent the wrong item then wrote me an email they will honor a refund this time but in the future they wont. I dont think so!!!! I don't really talk much to the sales staff but I've heard them talk to others and they seem really knowledgable and willing to help.
They fitted me for 2 beautiful wigs & done an absolute amazing job. Huge thank you to Jacqueline wigs & Maury for the wonderful opportunity
