Despite the rain (it's Wales after all) We had a great time with Nicola and the goats at Jacobs. Everything was easy and straight forward. We were very well looked after and felt we got plenty of interaction time with the animals to make it worth while. Highly reccomend.

Booked a goat walk using a voucher I had been bought. The goat walk itself was fantastic but getting in touch with the company was very difficult. Tried phone, email, Facebook, WhatsApp and it took nearly two months to make contact and didn't get a reply after the initial response. If you're just booking through the website it's easy enough but if you have any questions or want to make amendments it's quite tricky.
