Had appointment for recall of airbag at 10 am and they said about 2 1/2 hours so they called Lyft for me - at 4:15 I called and they said another 1/2 hr — then Jonathan told me the repair person had a job from the day before- why didn’t they tell me that and I would have left and made another appointment for another day - this place has a really bad service bad service policy- I have been in their line before and appointments mean nothing- the Lyft finally picked me up at 11:15 to go home and wait and I waited and waited - a... read more
