I can not see how these people sleep at night , took my truck in for them to sell it for me nothing wrong with truck when it had set up there for two months we decided that we would go get it when we got home the ac didn't work water had been leaking and now I have water stains they took my k & n air filter out and my wheel lock key is no where to be found even the little rubbers inside the cup holders are gone , when called them said nothing they can do . I just love our new 2013 GMC Sierra we got from jacksons. It was a great fun experience working with Dexter Cornelius. He's extremely helpful getting us a deal we were comfortable with.
I don't know where I should start. I had a 2014 Ram 2500 with the 6.7L Cummins that had 80,600+ miles. My issue was that I drive for my job over 3 states and have put all the miles on it since brand new. I was heading to Medford, OK leaving out of Enid. It had been a great truck and I really loved it, but it had an issue come up with an error code that said, "Service DEF System- See Dealer." On my way back from Medford, another error came up that said, "150 miles until 5mph"....Continue Reading
I've purchased several new vehicles from Jackson's. Love my new Charger and the Challenger that came before it. Our blue Ram is great too. Had the best experience with Kent Rorick in sales. Shane Jackson takes a personal interest in customer satisfaction and will actually give out his personal cell number! My best advice, buy a Dodge, go to Jackson's in Enid.
My husband brought his truck into the service department to be fixed. Never again will we do any business here. They said they didn't have time to keep running back and fourth to the phone when my husband would call. They wanted to break apart the motor. When we said no they got rude and hateful. We took his truck to another mechanic fixed the next day. We will never do any business here. We love to support our hometown business but not here. Take your cars and trucks somewhere else. We bought our first ever Jeep today from Aaron McDonald. He was amazing! He was never pushy and made the whole process low key and easy to complete. He was so friendly and made us feel welcome the entire time. This was our first experience with Jackson's of Enid and they made us customers for life. Thank you Aaron for everything!
