I brought my dodge 3500 into the auto shop Tuesday. I didn’t hear from someone until Wednesday afternoon to discuss what needs to be fixed. I didn’t hear from the auto shop until Saturday when I called them. They told me they could not do inspection because I didn’t show them it. They had 4 days to ask for it and never did. When I did call I could not talk to anyone because they were always busy. The service man said he tried to call me but could never get thru. Would not recommend this horrible place to anyone. Very dishonest with advertising vehicles and the condition of the vehicle. Very disrespectful employees, with rude comments. Went to pick up my tag from them and someone signed my name on the registration card, which in the state of Pennsylvania is illegal .
