Terrible customer service after purchasing a vehicle earlier this month. Not only was the car i purchased still very dirty after they said they washed and cleaned it but was told by my salesperson Pedro that he would make sure we got a second key fob programmed within a couple of weeks of us purchasing the car since we only got one. Well almost one month later he is not even returning our calls had to speak to a sales manager who gave us a date to go and get new key fob programmed. I wouldn’t recommend no one to come here as far as services goes. They have screwed me over tremendously. Collin and Devon. So many excuses and lies. I cannot get in touch with a general manager to discuss my issues. My mom will be contacting her attorney this afternoon and will be suing carlock.
