Bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee in March. It was in their service center for 6 days at 5000 miles for problems not their fault. Now I am in New Mexico, 500 miles from home, with 7000 miles and it breaks down. Call Jackson's and they say their is nothing they can do for me.When I bought it, I even payed them 1500 extra to keep the business local. I located the Jeep and the dealer in Tulsa said they would bring it to me but I wanted to keep it local. Not next time!

I recently bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado Z71 from Scotty at Jacksons of Enid! It went very smoothly! They fixed a couple cosmetic issues for me and It made me very happy! Also on a miscommunication issue that came up on both our part that anywhere else would have basicly told me tuff crap they not only listened to me they took all the blame and made my wife and I a life time customer! I LOVE Jacksons but I especially LOVE JORDAN! She was so friendly and helpful. She walked through the lot with me and was very patient and listened to all my wants and needs. She made sure I was taken care of in every single way. If you stop at Jacksons ask for Jordan!!! Nothing but positive things to say about this dealership!
They were very good with my two year old AND even with not so good credit they found a vehicle that met our family needs! It was a good experience.
They are thefts. They tell you a price and then charge you 2000 plus more so they will not lose money on cars they have had to pay for because they wanted a bonus. If you buy a car from them watch what they do. They will act like the good guys trying to help then laugh at you when you call them out. If you want a good car with nice people go to Johnsons of Kingfisher or anyone else.
