2014 ram 1500 4wd.. took it in for warranty work, 3 weeks later had oil change and noticed I was missing my front drive shaft!! Called service mgr. excuse was 1 mechanic took it apart and another put it back together, he said he figured I had taken it off?? New drive shaft was ordered, a week later I took it in to have installed. Got hone took a look underneath to see they didn’t replace the drive shaft rear boot.. RecommendedThere service dept. Mike has always taken care of every thing. I had a mirror on order and i went to get my oil changed and mirror wasn't in yet. He came out later and said he had one there for someone else and they have been calling for two weeks and never got a call back. He said we'll put that on yours today while you are here.

My husband was told his new 2020 truck had Siri’s radio. He is using the truck for long road trips so having Sirius radio is important to him. He took the truck in to get running boards installed and the Sirus radio. That’s when he was told sirus was not available on his truck. We had to go to an independent sound installer to get the radio costing another 1500.00. The brochure he was given when he purchased the truck said free Sirus for first 12 months. Very disappointed in dealer.
