My son recently bought a used pickup from Jacksons with the agreement some issues would be repaired, most were accept one that the crome on the plastic grill be repaired, after calling and going to the dealership several times with the salesman avoiding him and talking with a manager the problem has still not been resolved after almost two months. The good feeling of buying a vehicle that cost that much money and not standing behind their word is disappointing.
