Abysmal!! Extremely rude and unhelpful. I was told it would be repaired in two weeks, two weeks later I received a text to say it could not be repaired. No apology, they blamed the clearly hallmarked gold to be the problem. Time wasters!!

took a chain to be repaired was quoted £60 went back a week later to collect and was told the price will now be £126 as gold prices had gone up ? it was just over a week i was shocked and said i felt i was being scamed eventually got the priced down to £90 but im very angry as i was expecting to pay the price i was first quoted i will never use them again and i would advise customers to get a hand written quote before you leave any repairs with them .
