We came there for our anniversary. Tables were cramped together, but that was not the breaking point. Our waitress told us that our tip was not enough for the meal. We left 17 dollar tip but she told us she gets 20% on the meal. Did not realize the waitresses there shake down their customers for extra tips. Otherwise the food was good.
Thank you Jack Fry's for such a wonderful night. Celebrated my husband's 40th birthday with a surprise party. They were so understanding and helpful when I called several times to add more people to our reservation. Service, food and cocktails were all top-notch!! I had the red snapper special and it was one of the best meals I've had in Louisville.
Fantastic food and service. Interesting wine and beverage list. We appreciated the notice staff took of my wife's birthday. The dining room is loud with some tables too close together. The lighting is uneven, making it difficult to read the menu.
I cannot say enough good things about Jack Fry's! Amazing service. Food is outstanding. A definite go-to in Louisville!
The filet was excellent, very tender, moist and grilled to perfection. The accompanying crisp fingerling potatoes were delicious. The Bibb salad with warm Brie and the Oysters Rockefeller both very good. Next time I am in the Louisville area, I will definitely dine here.
These guys ALWAYS knock it out of the park! Atmosphere, service, food, presentation! Superb!
