Amazing leased Tiguan from the fair lawn location amazing deals , great service , I went to another location Joe Heigt VW Terrible pricing , sales person were not friendly an the GM was a nasty rude person ... Piero was amazing in Fair Lawn an the GM DON Chittum was so amazing able to get great pricing that fit into my budget .

this is the most unethical company i came across, totally rubbed by their agents, a bunch of thieves . their finance guy, Henry would not be hired if they are respected company that respect business
Leased a Tiguan in June and still have not received my NYS registration. If you like to be ignored by the sales team come here. If you want to be promised to get phone calls back by multiple managers come here. if you want to buy a car and can't drive it because of no tags. Then come here. This is the best place to feel like a nobody. They will lose my business over 3 dollars. Absolutely unhelpful and unprofessional. This place is the reason why car dealerships have a bad reputation. Ricky and the rest of the Jack Daniels VW team are lying scum that take advantage of honest people. Please avoid them and any other Jack Daniels dealership at all costs.
Sold me a vehicle with the ac system messed up, lied about sending my paperwork to the dmv, a month later still havent got my license plates, give you the run around on the phone, customer service is a 10 while your there once they make the car sale they dont care about the customers when you leave out them doors. �������������
