Decided to visit Jack Daniels VW on 10/8/22 in hopes to buy out the lease on my 2019 Jetta. I introduced myself to the Finance manager and he proceeded to boast about JD VW being the "The Best on the East Coast, thats already a to me to say "You're the best" but ok. I am not that guy to write a social media post but I have tried all the proper channels with no results.. my wife purchased a VW Atlas almost two years ago now… The car had numerous issues that the dealership dismissed and she was never given a spare key. Recommended**EDIT- added new info 10/13/22**This experience took a nose dive. It took a while for the Virginia DMV to process my registration, which they mailed directly to the dealer. No problem there. The issue is that they called me and said I owed an additional $341.00 for the registration and plates. The original buyers order only had $1.00 in that spot (although I paid a huge markup for this car!!), so I had no problem paying the registration fee. But after looking at the origina… See more
This dealer is the worst. After going back and forth with Tina regarding the price of the car the msrp of the vehicle was being withheld. Only to find out when I was in the finance dept that the dealer put a 4600 markup on the vehicle. Fast forward 3 and a half weeks later my plates are in.
