My salesman Rick Sukhram was excellent. He explained everything with detail and was knowledgeable in all vehicles. He wasn’t pushy or in a rush. He took his time with us and we respect that from a dealership. Overall the service was great and I would recommend it to all my family and friends.

The only reason for the star is because the sales person was helpful in showing us the used car we were interested in, test driving it with us and getting us to the appropriate person for buying. However, from there on out it was a nightmare. We didn't need a loan or finance and had the money to cover the purchase of the vehicle. But apparently VW thought differently and tried to trick us into getting us into one of their financing loans with their approved banks. Jack Daniels VW made buying our next family car an exceptional experience. Les was very patient, honest and clear about what we could expect when buying with Jack Daniels. We had our three year old twin boys with us and I thought it was going to be a disaster but Les and the rest of the salesman we met were great with them! We drove away in our new car that night and couldn't be happier! We would recommend these guys to anyone! Thanks goes to Les for making sure we had a great experience! :-)
