I bought a new VW from this dealership in November of 2017 (from Jason Ku, terrific salesman) and had it delivered to me in CA the beginning of December. The dealership was responsible for obtaining my tags & registration. At the end of January, my temporary registration expired and, to date I have still not received my tags, not been able to drive my new car and, worst of all not had any communication from JD (other than initiated by me) as to what's happening. I just purchased my first car last week and I love it! I definitely recommend this place if you're browsing for a new/used car whichever. Piero, our salesman, was hands down THE BEST! He made my first time experience so easy. He tried to take every possible action to help the process of getting my first car with no hassle.
