At first this place was great but it slowly diminished to awful. Last year I brought my car here for my check engine light and even though I was looking at a $1400 bill, they refused to give me a loaner car because I was 24. Fine I could do without a car for a couple of day. But then 5 days later when I called to check on the status of my car they hadn't even begun to work on it! HUGE SCAMMERS. They probably looked at me and saw I'm an easy target considering I am a woman and I look very young. I Went there about a year ago to purchase a car. I called and made an appointment before driving 2 hours to NJ with my 2 month old baby and when I got there, it was excuses after excuses. My boyfriend and I went into the dealership after a deer struck and totaled his 2013 VW Passat. Our sales associate, Kacper, spent HOURS with us (even after they closed) to make sure we left the lot with a car. He and his team were patient, kind, and did everything they could to help us out. We drove off the lot that same afternoon in a 2015 VW Passat. Amazing service, professional staff and a one of a kind experience!
