At first this place was great but it slowly diminished to awful. Last year I brought my car here for my check engine light and even though I was looking at a $1400 bill, they refused to give me a loaner car because I was 24. Fine I could do without a car for a couple of day. But then 5 days later when I called to check on the status of my car they hadn't even begun to work on it! From sales to service to finance dept - each one was more disappointing than the next. As other bad reviews detail, they lied about numbers, ignored phone calls, “couldn’t find” paperwork... For my next car I went to Douglas in Summit instead and they were great! A little further away but worth it!
RecommendedI inquired about a used gti and dealt with a pleasant young man, Kacper Polus. The transaction was a good as you can get. Circumstances beyond our control resulted in me not buying the car...but I would shop there again as long as Kacper is there. Totally great, non pressured, experience!
I would highly recommend!! Ricky really is the best. He really listens and cares. Ricky is such a professional!!! I recommend him to anyone I meet !!
