I went into Jackson Daniels looking to purchase my first car. Jason was very good assisting me. I went in and didn’t feel pressured at all. The purchase went smoothly and i got what i wanted.

From sales to service to finance dept - each one was more disappointing than the next. As other bad reviews detail, they lied about numbers, ignored phone calls, “couldn’t find” paperwork... For my next car I went to Douglas in Summit instead and they were great! A little further away but worth it!
RecommendedI inquired about a used gti and dealt with a pleasant young man, Kacper Polus. The transaction was a good as you can get. Circumstances beyond our control resulted in me not buying the car...but I would shop there again as long as Kacper is there. Totally great, non pressured, experience!
