Terrible customer service. Had a voucher with credit which was over £90, and was told I could use it over time. Suddenly, when I still had over £30 left, and I had actually decided to spend more than I usually do on that visit, I was told I need to spend the rest now, and that I may not be able to use my voucher next time? Person at the till forcing me to buy products I simply don’t need. After, I have finished with what is left on my voucher I will never spend my hard earned money here again.
