Fantastic service all round. Rob responded to my enquiry quickly, was kind and reassuring, and gave me confidence to leave my beloved ring with him for repairs. The goldsmith was kind enough to complete the work quickly so I could collect the same day. The repair was excellent and polished like new. Would not hesitate to go back to this independent hidden gem.
My boyfriend purchased an engagement ring but it needed to be resized. The lovely staff at J.McCarthy resized it for me and thickened the band. They also have a lovely selection of vintage jewellery and I’ve got a beautiful opal ring from them. Would always recommend reaching out with your jewellery needs, Rob will honestly do his best to help you.
