John and his team did a great job of refurbishing my flat. He worked really hard to deliver the work on time and on budget and to a really high standard! Everything looks great!
The only house we could find that met our requirements needed complete refurbishment. John and is team did this to a high standard whilst making it as easy as possible to live there whilst the work was in progress. This included a new roof, kitchen and bathroom and redecoration of all rooms. Joanne regularly checked that we were happy throughout the work
I’ve known John and his team for about three years and they’ve done lots of work around my house. A utility room, replacement patio doors and windows, garden fencing, a new bathroom and has always been responsive to my needs. He is professional, courteous and hard working and is highly recommended.
John and his team did a great job refurbishing my flat. In particular, the work was done on time, to budget and to a good standard. John was able to run the project independently and required very little input from me. He was also responsive to any questions that I had. I was particularly impressed with John's ability to strike a good relationship with my neighbours and address their concerns which is key when undertaking a refurbishment within a block of flats where noise can be an issue. John and his team have done a whole house renovation for us, including converting a garage, adding an en-suite and opening plan kitchen. The construction team has been always working to high standards and now we received the sign-off from the building controller. Joanne as the quality controller has been following the whole project and gave us regular calls to check on the progress. She listened to our feedback and address with the team effectively.
