Meat meets west – If you are looking for a darn good steak and a really fun atmosphere, Izzy's is the place. If you are looking for a quaint romantic bistro, look elsewhere. The service is lively (even witty), and reasonably attentive considering the level of activity at this restaurant. The Fillet Medallions are especially good, and the New York is thick and juicy. Waste of $$ – For a "steakhouse", this place is simply just awful. Service is horrible - rude. Atmosphere - dull. And most of the all, the meat is not cooked well. Will never go back.
Good meat... – Very good cuts of meat and cooked to your liking, just ask! Not too fond of sides other than vegtables but they provide good value for the food. They have an ample variety of meat sauce, but a good cut of meat cooked to your preference should not require it.
Not the best steak for your $ – Adequate steak. Nothing brilliant and too pricey for what you get. I would not rush back, but not terrible. Pub food is right, but not pub priced.

Pub Food – The quality of steak isnt comparable to Ruth's Chris or Harris, but if you are just expecting pub food it will do. Same goes for the service and atmosphere. You pay for what you get.
The tastiest steak in the country. – Izzy's has the probably the tastiest steaksin the country. It's always a must to stop in when I'm in town. You have got to try the "Skirt steak".
go for a real meal! – Don't bring your skinny friends here, the food would be wasted on them! Great filet mignon and can't skip the Izzy's potatos!
Great food and service! – Having been a regular at Izzys over the past 5 years, I can assure you that they have some of the best steakhouse food in the city. The New York strip steak is prepared to perfection. The portions are large and the Izzys Potatoes and creamed spinach are group favorites.
