Absolutely amazing and highly recommend Izzy for all your sports therapy needs. Although not an athlete myself, working in an office and on a computer most of the day, my shoulders and back do tighten and become very sore & stiff. Izzy has helped ease the worst of this discomfort after my first visit & gave me daily stretch exercises to help stay on top of this too. I felt very relaxed in the beautiful therapy room & Izzy is very professional & welcoming. Thank you so much & will be a returning client for sure!
Fantastic deep tissue sports massage that relieved symptoms. Izzy is knowledgeable and listens so she can adapt treatment to suit. 100% recommended.
