Following a minor accident I had to have my engagement ring cut off. It was badly damaged and one of the stones had popped out. I wanted to use a local small business rather than one of the bigger companies and I wasnt disappointed. I needed my engagement ring resized due to weight loss. I didn’t want to take it to a jewellers who would send it away. I also expected to have to pay a lot of money for this to be done. I took the ring in it needed to go down by three sizes. I left it with IWJ to have the work done on site and collected it an hour later. The work was excellent a clean was also carried out and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this jewellers and would use them again. Thanks IWJ.

I took two rings into the shop and wanted to see if it was possible to make one new ring from them , the gentleman in the shop was extremely helpful and took the time to help me get exactly the ring i wanted . He said the ring would be ready one week later , and gave me a price for the work , which was very reasonable.
