Went to Ivy Rose to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted. And I won't be coming back. Beautician literally damaged/ripped my skin around eyebrows and eyelids. And my eyebrows are not even shaped or coloured nicely. Been using that exact treatment in various places for last 15 years (or maybe even longer) and never walked out the place in state like today. Experienced disappointing customer service from the front desk to the manager. Despite being 5 minutes late for my LVL, I would have preferred if they had informed me politely that they couldn't proceed, rather than delivering a subpar service for £50. The next day, when I sought a refund from the manager, I found myself in an uncomfortable situation with both the manager and someone else standing across from me with arms crossed, denying a refund, citing that I had received the treatment.
