Yes my mum and I have been using this lady for years now she’s brilliant so are all her staff. Her prices are extremely reasonable and the Nails from everyone working in there are brilliant always happy with their work.

Absolutely awful experience at this nail salon in Grays. Honestly, this place should be shut down and no one should ever waste their money here. They clearly have no clue how to do nails properly – rushed, sloppy work and zero attention to detail. On top of that, the staff were rude and actually shouting at customers in the salon. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing to even sit there. Imagine paying your hard-earned money just to be treated with abuse. What a complete joke. Popped in on the off chance of having an infil with French tips. was seen straight away by a lovely man. he was very gentle and patient. ive had bad experiences with other places before and been really upset. im really pleased with the result and will definitely be going back.

I got a manicure and half my nails are already peeling off and my skin around my nails is peeling off and bleeding. Its only been 4 days
