Avoid Ivy Nails in Grays at all costs! Worst experience ever—waited over an hour, only for them to let another customer and her child jump the queue. They didn’t follow my nail instructions, and when I stepped out to get cash, the same queue-jumping lady followed me! Terrible service, no professionalism, and zero respect for customers’ time or requests. Sky nails around the corner after subway seems much better.

Absolutely awful service - 0 stars if I could! I was told there would be 10 minute wait which proceeded to be an hour and then they took 2 hours to complete my nails! Just a simple French tip too, they literally popped off from the sides 6 days after while I was on holiday!! They completely messed up the shape even after showing them a picture multiple times, they took so long I ended up with a parking ticket for being over 3 hours! Took 3 hours, 2 hrs wait time missed my birthday flight thank you never again they are rude and not considering at all. I paid £63 for just Acrylic nail with colour tips instead of white tips and 1 diamanté on each nail. The toes old colour removed and painted.- no pedicure (What a rip off- guys if you want a happy and relaxing atmosphere I highly recommend somewhere else).
