Went ER and was admitted on 11/08/16, released today, 11/11. My room was very nice, bed comfortable, the Dr's and nurses are exceptional!! Can't say I loved having to be "in" the hospital, but if I ever have to go again, I will insist on I.U. West! �
Everyone was very helpful and friendly. ER wait is always 50/50. Not bad this time.

Fast, friendly doctors and staff! Got us in and out fast.
Had to have an X-ray done as an out patient. Was in and out in 20 minutes and my doctor had the results later that evening.
Love all the staff. Friendly, helpful and caring.
Staff is friendly and kind, facilities are clean. Only suggestion would be to have more fresh food choices in the cafeteria.
We got there, got right in they took X-rays and saw a doctor right away. Nurses were very helpful and very accommodating. Will go back if needed in future.
I arrived at the Emergency Room in a state of hypertension. My blood pressure was dangerously high. The front desk was welcoming, courteous and efficient. Triage assessed me thoroughly and quickly. Joy took great care of me during my stay in the exam room and helped me so kindly with my discharge information. My financial needs were assessed and processed in an effective and understanding way.
