I visited Stoke-on-Trent last year and I booked a room at Clayhanger Guest House. (They have same owners) I arrived way earlier than my check in time, but the owners allowed me to sit in a living room plus they gave me breakfast!!! In my surprise afterwards, they gave me a room just across the street in ISUITES so I don’t keep waiting for the guest to check out. This is excellent service, especially after a long travel day. Would totally recommend both Clayhanger and ISUITES! And thank you very much for your kindness.
Well maintained rooms in very quiet Cul de sac. Kevin is a fantastic host, listens and try to meed your needs. Well definitely be back here if I find myself in Newcastle again.
Great value for money and great hosts.
The welcome and serive on arrival was great. The room itself was what it was - a budget room. Spotlessly clean. Bed a bit creaky and lumpy. Room came with a separate bathroom that was just for this room and was accessible via a key, so nobody else was using it. Communal kitchen on floor with tea/coffee.
A great place to stay. You have use of a kitchen, the rooms are clean and tidy, I had my own bathroom. Good wifi but the reason I will continue to use this place is the hosts. they are a very helpful and friendly family who clearly take pride in their guest houses and make you feel instantly at home. I will definitely be staying here again.
