I am truly disappointed. I got my nails done yesterday and paid £50. Not even 24 hours out of the shop and they have all popped off.

Terrible Experience I went in for a pedicure today and was very disappointed. The staff were rude from the start, and the lady who worked on me kept pulling my feet instead of politely asking me to move them. She also didn’t do what I asked for at first, and I had to remind her of what I wanted. The “pedicure” was barely a pedicure at all — she pretty much just painted my toes without doing the proper care or steps. It was definitely not worth £50, and I won’t be returning!

Have been a regular customer for a while now and will never go anywhere else in London. My nails have always turned out perfectly and I have had so many cute designs by Mina.

Honestly, I was treated terribly before , he was doing my nails and then moved on to another client. He made me wait, and I didn't understand why, since I arrived before the woman . Then, him spilled nail polish on me. And then... him hurt me while doing my nails with the machine. I won't come back here, not even for free! Unprofessional and unhygienic.””

Thank you so much for fitting me in short notice! Extremely polite and friendly fast efficient service with attention to detail. The best in Essex road definitely recommend.
