Hair Severely Damaged and Horrendous Customer Service I am absolutely appalled by the experience I had at this saon with Syndey I went in for bleach/lighten and my hair was completely ruined. It was left severely damaged, brittle, and breaking off due to clear negligence during the service. What made the situation even worse was the response when I tried to address it. DO NOT LET SYDNEY TOUCH YOUR HAIR. THIS GIRL FRIED MY HAIR OFF THEN ACTED LIKE I WAS WRONG FOR BRINGING IT TO HER ATTENTION! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HANDLED THE SITUATION TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONALLY, COMPLETELY IMMATURE. GIVE YOUR MONEY TO A BETTER SALON WHO WILL NOT DAMAGE YOUR HAIR THEN TREAT YOU BADLY AFTER.

I highly recommend Georgie for Botox, I recently had my Botox done with her after so much research. She is brilliant. It’s also a very cute salon and friendly staff.

Gorgeous salon! Sydney did an amazing job at my hair (which I trust nobody to do) and fit me in so last minute before my holiday which I appreciated so much!!
