I want to give a huge shout out to Acadia, and all the staff, for being so patient dealing with me...I know I was kind of a pain but as a single Mom a big purchase, like a car, is a scary thing and you guys just ROCKED!! You ALL listened, you explained things so I could understand, and you went above and beyond with the deal on the extended warranty plus oil changes!! Last night I purchased my 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I can’t even begin to say how easy my experience was from start to finish. Ben was AMAZING! Rich Facteau in the Toyota service area was very knowledgeable and courteous in his presentation and set my 2018 Tacoma to be repaired.

I’m very sorry for your experience. We’ll try to use this feedback to improve going forward. I see multiple communications with our service manager during the repair. The engine wasn’t aftermarket as Toyota doesn’t build re-maned/used engines. All part numbers were Toyota part numbers. However, Toyota does ship parts that have to be put together. Unfortunately 30-40 days is actually pretty good time-frame for something like this considering the back-order. On our end there was just under $1,000 rental bill that was taken car... read more
