I will start by saying the service department is amazing at Irwin Hyundai. The sales office on the other hand is awful and will lie to get you in the door. i was quoted when i first went to them 3 years ago a monthly rate $100 below what they told me once I got into their show room. I had already sold my other car and by then trapped into getting a car then. I stupidly decided to give them another chance because I thought since I was already a client this time would be easier. I had an appointment to get my oil changed on my Santa Fe. I was 15 min late, but no problem. When that was done, KayLynn told me I needed a new ball joint, and all that went with it. Then she said she wanted to check something else. When she came back, she said my warranty would cover the part! Brought my estimate down from $600+ down to just over $300!! Now that's service!!

I received great customer service from Kaylynn Brown regarding a rescheduling of a service appointment and was able to get in the day of my call. I arrived early and Kaylynn got my car in right away and the service was completed in a shorter time frame than I expected. Thanks again Kaylynn and staff for the great service! Tom

nice salesman but he misquoted a price when I sent my son to check out a car for me. They weren't interested in working with me to rectify the waste of time. after all, I'm only one person who didn't matter. Bait and switch?
