RecommendedCalled Kaylynn Brown of Irwin Hyundai this morning to schedule a Safety Inspection. Kaylynn was able to get the inspection done today. Work was done quickly and with a friendly “ Car is okay and passes “ I was on my way home. Very nice to be recognized by Kaylynn and the service staff at Irwin’s.

I’ll start with the financing team, they did great! Very happy with my interest rate and I absolutely love the bank that they got me my loan through. However, after purchasing I’ve run into so many issues with my Durango and the dealership has been such a pain to deal with, the customer service just really doesn’t seem like it’s there, it takes so much to get ahold of literally anybody. Service was very fast. Went in for a state inspection and oil change and it was done in under an hour. Very happy things can go that smoothly even while they are expanding the service area.

I can’t thank Irwin Toyota enough for helping me with my new RAV4. I drove almost one hour because Michelle Whitney made it worth the drive just by talking to her on the phone.
