RecommendedCraig LaChappelle was great! Didn’t pressure my wife and I at all and got us into vehicles we both loved. He didn’t try to upsell us packages or trim models we didn’t need. Was very knowledgeable with all the features of both vehicles. Would definitely buy another car from Craig in the future!

For me it was an all around good experience unlike other dealers I have dealt with. Then again how could they go wrong with a sales rep named Seamus McNally from the land of four-leaf clovers and leprechaun's Seamus is very professional and got me a good deal.
I recommend the Service Department wholeheartedly. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I’m not good with names but the Manager Steve Barbour is a treasure. I have never had to complain. Everything is done well. I’ll be back.

I’m very satisfied with my experience with Irwin Motors. I started with internet sales, Louisa, who was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful.
