100 stars out of 10. Seams McNally rocked it today for me. I went in there with a couple vehicles in mind. Seamus worked with me and was able to get me the vehicle I chose. I highly recommend Irwins and their team. Howard Cullen was our salesman and he worked hard to get the vehicle that works best for us. We were a little picky but he kept an eye out for the right vehicle. We have used them for many years to service our vehicles and have been quite satisfied. Keep up the good work Irwins.
Seamus made my purchase quick and painless. He respected my buying style and worked with me. That's a huge deal for me and it's much appreciated. Dennis in Finance was also very easy to work with. I've been with a different Toyota dealer for nearly 20 years and this was my first Irwin purchase. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
They can improve by not attempting to force people to use their financing, especially when people come with their own. It was a very dissapointing 6 hour drive.
