We went to Irwin yesterday looking for a new Toyota. We worked with Craig LaChapelle he was amazing. It was such a laid back experience, he was not pushy, he answered all our questions. He helped us find the perfect car it’s everything we were looking for. The finance manager was great, he was very friendly. I love my new RAV 4. Bought a new car from them yesterday and it was the best buying experience ever. The finance guy managed to get my payment right where I wanted it to be and was very quick and thorough.
