I've always had a great experience at Irwin! My most recent service was excellent - easy to schedule, very thorough and it took significantly less time than they had estimated. My current Toyota is the second one I purchased from Irwin and I will be back for a third.
This place is great. I had called ahead looking for a specific vehicle and they had it out front, snow cleared off, and ready to go for when I arrived (thanks Rudy!!). The buying process was pretty painless and straight forward, and now I have the car I’ve been looking for. If you tell them exactly what you want and are looking for they’ll make it happen. They’ll definitely see me again.
I bought my first car there this past weekend. I was understandably nervous and had no clue really what I was doing. Chris branch was my salesman and he was so understanding and patient with me.
