RecommendedWe arrived at Irwin on a busy Wednesday evening. Tom Whitney was already assisting several others but was still able and eager to help us. Despite how busy he was we never felt pushed or rushed. After getting the ball rolling we were able to pick up a brand new beautiful Tundra Friday. Tom was straightforward, friendly and helpful. He was great at quickly responding to our questions and requests, even when busy.
I along with my family have been purchasing vehicles from Irwin for more than 15 years. Irwin always treat me right!! Great deals and Awesome sales staff!! Just purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe yesterday and just could not be more happy. Rudy Dion our salesman was fantastic too!! He answered all our questions, was patient with our test drives, and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was ok!! As far as I am concerned there is no other car dealer in New Hampshire I would go to!!
We just purchased a car here. My husband had been talking to one of the sales rep and unfortunately when we went there (after 2 dealerships in Mass) she wasn’t there but luckily Seamus McNally “the guy with the bow tie” was there running like with his head cut off trying to accommodate all the people that are inquiring.🙌 He was so nice and not pushy. I came across Mark in-between work appointments on a whim. I saw a truck I liked and stopped in quickly to take a look. He respected my time, was not pushy and extremely responsive in-between seeing the car and making my purchase. By the time I was ready, Mark had all my paperwork ready when I arrived and was extremely organized and professional. I would HIGLY recommend Mark to a friend if they were in the market for a new or used vehicle!
