I leased a 2019 Sonata from Irwin Hyundai on President's Day! Rudy was our sales person and he took excellent care of us! The office staff and financing were all very friendly and top notch also! I would definitely recommend them to buy or lease a vehicle, and plan on returning when my lease expires.

Irwin needs to realize that customer service and customer's time is as valuable as its employees. Product knowledge is lacking and they make you feel forced to buy as soon as you make the mistake of walking in a showroom. They also don't take criticism well at all and don't go the extra mile in anyway.
Great service done quickly and their shuttle service is beyond compare and reliable 2 good reasons to always good to Irwins.
I talked to a man there the day before. I had inquired about a specific SUV. I asked the usual and set up a time to come see it and test drive it. I specifically set up a time because I was about and 1 hr and 45 min away. on my way there I got a call to see if I was almost there. I said yes about 40 min away. still driving on my way there I got another call saying the car is pending and that I could not do anything until the other party saw it.
