Went to Irwin’s to trade in a good vehicle $ down and a monthly payment idea. Excellent vehicle payment history only couple missed payments on credit cards because of an injury. Needless to say 3 vehicles later $300 more down and up $100 on monthly payment and a week later I’m told to come pick up my vehicle. Surprise surprise call back nope they want more a month or I can’t have it. Really... worst experience ever

We were looking for a larger vehicle for our family. We found a used GMC Yukon XL Denali on the website, so we made the trek down. Mark Chertok greeted us at the door. He worked hard to get us this vehicle. He was patient with all of our questions and made the buying process super smooth and quick. He also called to check to see how things were going with the new to us car a few days following our purchase. We will definitely be back for our future purchases!

Bought a car today with the help of Seamus McNally. Highly recommend him. As a first time buyer, he took the time to explain everything, was respectful and honest and had a great sense of humor...and even bought me coffee! He was not pushy in the slightest. He went based off of what I wanted and was great about staying in my price range. I hope not to buy a car again anytime soon but when the time comes he’ll be the only one I go to!!! Thank you again!!
