We just purchased a 2019 Toyota 4Runner from Craig LaChapelle at Irwins. He was patient with us as we test drove the same two vehicles MANY times (highlanders and 4runners) and went back and forth between used vs. new. He did not pressure us into a sale or a specific vehicle. When we decided on the 4runner Craig was able to find one with all the specs I wanted (leather, third row, blue, running boards, heated seats) from another dealership and get it shipped here. Tried to sell me a car, with my trade, for $2000 more than the car was listed for on their website. Was told the car had apparently $2000 worth of issues that weren't required to be fixed to pass inspection that they had planned to fix for me to justify the price hike of $2000. oddly none of these issues were mentioned on their site for the much lower asking price.. They will also try to charge you over $500 in title fees.. Bought a car from Youngs Auto today, was given $1500 for my trade, not the $500 Irwins offered me.. Yo... read more
