Ryan is one of the good guys that deserves to succeed, not only because he is really good at what he does, but because he's such an empathetic person who has a smile for everyone, and genuinely cares about the people who come to his place. The door is open and the vibes are great. Oh, and Ryan and Riley do great haircuts.
