I started jiu jitsu classes 18 months ago at Iron Mann as a 49 year old man and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made! The coaches are excellent and the club members are friendly and welcoming , which create’s a fantastic training environment. Since starting I’ve become fitter more flexible and to me most importantly it’s awoken a thirst and passion for learning that’s lay dormant for years. Can’t recommend enough!

If you’re a competitive martial artist or a new starter ironmann mma is a welcoming and positive environment. The coaches have elite world professional experience and apply their wealth of experience and knowledge to helping all students succeed to the best of their ability. once I started with this gym and met other students there was zero chance of me leaving, it has no ego welcoming members who are without a doubt some of the highest level martial artists for a considerable distance around.
