Recently completed the 2 week trial just signed up for full membership . Never done any form of martial arts previously members and coaches have been really helpful . Would highly recommend ISG friendly welcoming environment with great coaches .
Kettlebell classes are great , any issues I had with technique was broken down and fixed quickly. Workouts are tough but great fun especially sat mornings. Muay Thai was great also , techniques explained clearly and throughly. Great pad smashing classes and also technique classes. Sparring was also controlled and great fun. Highly recommended.
My partner and I just finished a trial and will be joining Iron Skull for good! It's much better than the gym - the kettlebells training trains your whole body and warms you up before the martial arts classes. There, you can pick up some important self defense skills and *let all the steam off*! The crew are fantastic and it's great to know that there's always someone waiting for you - this makes you feel like you belong and motivates you show up and exercise! That's the thing that my local gym was missing. 100% recommend!
