Great gym, clean facilities. Only popped in for a single workout while on business. Has everything you need, keypad entry system. Friendly staff and regulars who gave me pointers on my lateral raises! Been doing them wrong for years!

Great gym. Run by a good bloke. People in there are extremely friendly and helpful and all of the machines are great overall a good gym would recommend to anyone to go and try it.

Been going almost daily for a year now. Great little gym with more than enough equipment to cover everything. Super friendly atmosphere and the owners are lovely and accommodating. Attracts the best type of gym goers!
